Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans by State 

Although Medicare Supplement plans are standardized at the Federal level by the Center for Medicare Services (CMS) there are a few differences, and unique considerations in each state and/or geographic consideration. 

For Example: Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Wisconsin do not follow the federal CMS standardized "lettered" A-N plan design although in those states the result is often very similar to one of these lettered plans once you add or subtract the features and benefit of any individual plan.
